Swell Sip: Mister Bramble

With Jenna Sais Quois on retreat in Rhode Island, this week I took the helm of the bar to stir up a gentleman's SWELL SIP. Ever the classic in British pubs, the Bramble is a refreshing ode to summer with a gin base, a swizzle of simple syrup and a dash of lemon juice poured over ice. Add a splash of Merlet Creme de Mure and a couple of plump blackberries, and you have the delightful Mister Bramble—a smart spin on the original just like the stylish suit below. May you have a fine Father's Day!
