Chair Composite

I'm going on a chair hunt. I'm hoping to find good ones. But gosh! Do you know how difficult it is to find lone interesting chairs that have character and aren't too steep (to go with other lone unusual finds)? Of course, I could go for the usual modern-vintage-always-in-stock varieties, but where is the fun in that? I don't know when it all changed . . . when each piece of furniture entirely mattered. Might it be the stacks of Dwell that I gander through often? Or my regular wander of Apartment Therapy? Or just that some how a new year and age rolls around and simply functional no longer suffices? Whatever it is, I'm set on finding four more stories in the form of chairs that will befit our giant table and welcome our guests to have a seat.

  2. Agreed! Remember the mis-matched dining chairs on Friends? Oozing with character and all you need is $20 and a can of paint. - Olivia
