The Turkey from Albuquerque

Last July, I took a trip to my home state, New Mexico, and while I enjoy the summer there, I desperately miss the holiday season; the luminarias, the piñon wood smell, the snow (yes, sometimes it snows in New Mexico!) and the chiles. Ok, admittedly, I am a bit of a chile wimp, but still. . . chile means home. So, I thought I would share the Southwest with you. Happy Thanksgiving!
