Southern Hospitality

The Mississippi Picnic in Los Angeles was great fun. It could have been the welcoming spirit of founder Scott Rorie, Romie's BBQ trucked in from Tupelo, MS (Elvis' hometown), the ruthless red lipstick of Lucky Rivers (the lead of Bandito Royale), the ethereal designs of Molly Gee, or the made-from-pecans Lazy Magnolia Southern Pecan Ale, but whatever it was, it was a lovely 76ยบ Saturday. Look out for the 34th picnic next year.
